Veronica Robinson is the esteemed Owner and Attorney at the Law Offices of E. F. Robinson, P.A., closely linked to the sister office in Northern Virginia. Since obtaining her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995, with a specialized focus on family law, Veronica has dedicated her career to assisting families navigate the complexities of family transitions. Her practice is deeply rooted in the belief that thorough preparation outside the courtroom is as crucial as the proceedings within it, especially when it comes to guiding individuals and families through their most challenging times towards a hopeful new chapter in their lives.

While Veronica’s legal acumen spans several areas, her primary focus has been on family law, including divorce proceedings, child support cases, timesharing (child custody) and paternity issues, as well as child welfare and dependency proceedings. Her commitment to the field is highlighted by her recent recognition as a Board-Certified Attorney in Juvenile Law by the Florida Bar, a testament to her expertise and dedication to family-related legal matters.

Although Veronica has experience in disability claims ranging from IDEA claims to Social Security Disability Claims, her emphasis lies in advocating for families during critical life transitions by focusing on helping families obtain Guardian Advocacy and K-12 educational support from the public school system.

Beyond her legal practice, Veronica is deeply committed to her community, serving as CEO of the African-American Advocacy Center for Persons with Disabilities, a board member for Florida Children’s First, and as an attorney-ad-litem representing children in dependency and educational matters. Her exceptional trial skills also make her a sought-after instructor for the National Association of Trial Lawyers.

A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. since 1989, Veronica Robinson’s career is distinguished not only by her legal achievements but also by her unwavering commitment to service and advocacy.

Finally, Veronica’s recent accolades include awards from the American Bar Association, Difference Maker Award, by Making a Difference through Community Service in 2020 and a 2024 Lawyers of Distinction Award for Excellence in Family and Divorce Law.
